Ecommerce Project Manager

Drive e-commerce projects and own client relationships end-to-end

Full-time · TRY Stockholm AB

About TRY Stockholm

TRY Stockholm is the newly established Swedish office of TRY – Norway's leading media house with 400 employees. While our parent company covers everything from advertising to media production, we mainly focus on e-commerce for Nordic fashion and lifestyle brands. Our clients include Mini Rodini, Stronger, and Dedicated. As a young team building something new in Sweden, we combine the stability of a large organization with the agility of a startup.

The Role

We're looking for an e-commerce Project Manager with strong business focus who can drive both strategic initiatives and day-to-day project delivery.

You'll own client relationships end-to-end, from initial estimates to long-term strategic roadmaps. This includes managing tech-heavy migration projects and complex system integrations, requiring you to bridge business and technical discussions effectively. You'll have full budget and financial responsibility for both retainer clients and projects, direct stakeholder communication, and be the go-to person when things get complicated.

Your responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of project delivery and client satisfaction

  • Budget responsibility for projects and retainers

  • Drive client roadmaps based on business KPIs

  • Resource planning and team coordination

Who You Are

You thrive working independently while being a true team player. You're structured yet flexible, with strong communication skills for everything from C-level presentations to developer coordination. You lead without ego and are driven by results through collaboration.

Most importantly, you'll fit our culture. We're a small team of 8 in Stockholm, part of 400 colleagues across the Nordics. We value straight talk, shared wins and people who can laugh when things don't go as planned.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Solid e-commerce experience with understanding of conversion optimization and customer journey mapping

  • Agency or consulting background – you're used to juggling multiple clients and stakeholders

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Centra, Shopify or other ecommerce platforms

  • Understanding of Nordic e-commerce market dynamics

  • Solid understanding of system integrations and technical architecture

  • Track record of growing client relationships

What we offer

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with pension plan

  • Health and wellness benefits

  • Company mobile subscription and phone leasing

  • Work-related expenses covered (eye exams, screen glasses)

  • Modern office in central Stockholm

Professional Development:

  • Learn from experienced digital specialists across the Nordics

  • Close collaboration with teams in Norway and Latvia

  • Room to grow in an international environment

  • Direct impact on premium Nordic brands
