We are currently looking for a Support Developer to join our newly formed support team. As a Support Developer, you will play an integral role in maintaining the digital solutions for some of Norway's largest brands. You will provide support to our first line of support, helping debug and resolve critical issues across a wide range of technologies and solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Support Developer at TRY Dig, your key responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our digital services. You will work hand-in-hand with our support team, applying your problem-solving skills to get to the root of issues and resolve them effectively. You will oversee monitoring and alerting, and contribute to maintaining the robustness of our services.

Furthermore, you will promote effective developer experiences across TRY Dig, demonstrating a keen understanding of various cloud providers, applications, and programming languages.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with various technologies, cloud providers, and programming languages.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Understanding of software security and patch management.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps principles is a plus.
